I'm Mel Launder, and I've spent the last 20+ years helping businesses across Northern Ireland establish and grow their online presence. Today, I'm a Higher Education Lecturer by day and a selective web consultant for local businesses.

My Background: Lecturer & Consultant

My 20+ year career is built on two pillars: professional practice and education. I am a Higher Education Lecturer in IT and computing, a role that has perfected my ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain English.

II also serve as a trusted consultant for technology-focused projects and cross-border initiatives, advising businesses in Northern Ireland and Ireland on IT strategy, cloud solutions, and digital transformation. This combination of high-level teaching and practical, hands-on consulting means I don't just build solutions—I empower my clients to understand them.

Why I'm Selective

With my full-time teaching role, I deliberately take on a limited number of web projects each year. This means I can give each client proper attention, deliver quality work, and provide genuine ongoing support.

I still support clients I started working with 20 years ago. That's the kind of relationship I'm interested in.

Based in Ballymena

I live in Gracehill, just outside Ballymena, and work with businesses across County Antrim and Mid-Ulster—from Antrim to Coleraine, Magherafelt to Dungannon.
